What this changes
Add Thinking Machines Lab's Inkling (975B total, 41B active) and its INT4 board so the eleven-node Panther Lake autolab results can be submitted. Model metadata comes from the author's model card.
Includes the corresponding model/quant migration, selected from
catalog:seedoutput. Existing Core Ultra X7 358H, Arc B390 and Cascadia catalog entries are reused. A maintainer must deploy this migration and catalog before the dependent result submission can pass hosted ingestion; this PR does not change the production database.Checks
