Backend first: REST APIs, real-time messaging over WebSocket and Socket.IO, queues with RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis for data. Frontend in Next.js with Tailwind. Docker and AWS (S3, Lambda) for shipping. I have a background in application security and penetration testing, so auth, sessions and input handling get extra attention.
