feat: agent-memory v0.1.5 - #7

Adds the agent-memory skill and stops setup writing a workflow skill: - An `agent-memory` skill teaches agents when to recall, capture, archive and sync, matched to its release. - Python 3.14 is declared in the package classifiers; CI has tested it since 0.1.4. - `setup` no longer writes a workflow skill into the repository and leaves an existing copy as it is. The release workflow now publishes with pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish v1.14.3 (GHSA-5xjx-3w67-w9x9), and the installed-wheel check installs pytest within the bounds the dev extra declares.

v0.1.5tag publishes to PyPI and creates the GitHub Release from the changelog section (CHANGELOG).
