After Pause app → Pause now, the app page badge reads Pausing, then Sleeping, with Start in the header. The page said Stopped. Checked live in project 264 on 2026-10-14 (app 74022982, paused and started through the UI); Start shows Starting, then Deploying, then Running. Operate and update an app said a paused app's page reads Stopped. It reads Sleeping: after ⋮ → Pause app → Pause now the badge shows Pausing, then Sleeping, with Start in the header, and the Apps list says the same.

Checked live in project 264 on 2026-10-14 on app 74022982: paused and started through the UI, every state captured. Start then shows Starting, Deploying, Running. The page's check note records this run next to the 2026-10-08 one.
