feat(view): add optional Twig and Blade adapters

Summary

• add optional first-party Twig and Blade adapters over evolvephp/view
• keep the native renderer as the default while template engines remain optional
• preserve logical view naming, source precedence, path confinement, exception translation, and render-state cleanup
• extend package/release validation for the new adapters without coupling Core, HTTP, Insight, or the application skeleton to either engine

Validation

• native View, Twig, and Blade focused suites
• Architecture + Documentation: 270 tests / 23,643 assertions
• root PHPUnit: 1,695 tests / 7,075 assertions / 6 skipped
• Deptrac and PHPStan
• PHP-CS-Fixer
• strict Composer validation
