HCRIS Kit

Load the native CMS HCRIS Report, Numeric, and Alpha-Numeric comma-delimited extracts into a small SQLite database without discarding worksheet coordinates or source-row provenance.

CMS describes the current distribution structure on its Cost Reports page. HCRIS Kit accepts either headerless CMS files or files with the standard column headers.

Run

Numeric values remain stored as source text so decimal precision is not silently changed. Every row records its source filename and one-based source row. Report rows retain their full field array because CMS report layouts vary by form and release.
