…e artifacts) sadeed_harness.py is the single deep copy of the windowed zero-skip protocol (synced from interscript-ml src/harness/sadeed.py, unit-tested there). ADR-0001 records why r5-r8 keep their inline copies: they are the provenance record of published numbers, not refactor targets. New scripts (r9+) import the harness.

Architecture round 2 (R3): the windowed zero-skip protocol gets one
vendored deep copy (sadeed_harness.py, synced from interscript-ml's
unit-tested src/harness/sadeed.py) for future run scripts, and ADR-0001
records that r5-r8's inline copies are provenance artifacts — the
record of what produced each published number — and are never
rewritten.
