Three rules (lines 1505-1521: 어→ŏ, ᅧ→yŏ, ᅯ→wŏ) carried precomposed ŏ (U+014F) while the rest of the file and all tests use the combining series (o + U+0306). McCune-Reischauer output must be NFD per the map's decompose directive; the mixed forms failed all 94 tests on byte diffs invisible in any renderer.
