- Fixed: the compiled JSON-IR artifact now includes the four dependency
libraries (`posix`, `unicode`, `var-Cyrl`, `var-kor`) as ISC sources —
the v2.5.1 artifact omitted them and broke 18 library-dependent
systems at runtime ("Map dependency missing").
- Declared the missing `var-kor` dependency in 16 systems whose rules
use jamo/hangul aliases.
