fix(renovate): look up the 1Password CLI under its aqua name - #49

Conversation
The hosted Renovate app runs mise lock in safe mode, which refuses to install the vfox plugin behind op. Repositories that switch to the built-in aqua:1password/cli backend still need the custom datasource.

Closes #48
What and why
The hosted Renovate app runs
mise lockwithMISE_SAFE=1. Safe mode refuses to install vfox plugins, so a 1Password CLI bump pinned asopfails its artifact update. mise's built-inaqua:1password/clibackend locks in safe mode, and this rule keeps Renovate's version lookups working under that name.Verification
mise run checkpasses.MISE_SAFE=1,mise lock opfails with "installing plugins is disabled in safe mode", andmise lock aqua:1password/clilocks 2.40.0 for all 7 platforms.
