## What changed - `Gemfile.lock` pins `html2rss` 0.31.0 (was 0.30.0). - `html2rss-configs` git pin moves to `08b7c3b`, which requires `html2rss (~> 0.31)`. - Transitive updates in the same lockfile: `bigdecimal` 4.1.3, `http-2` 1.3.0, `httpx` 1.9.0, `mcp` 1.8.0, `mime-types-data` 3.2026.1013, `regexp_parser` 2.13.1. ## Why `html2rss-configs` now requires `html2rss ~> 0.31` ([html2rss-configs#326](html2rss/html2rss-configs#326)). The Gemfile constraint stays `~> 0.30`, which already allows 0.31.x. ## Risk - Low. Lockfile-only. Runtime follows the gem bump; request specs still pass against 0.31.0. Review map: whole PR is small — start at `Gemfile.lock`. No test delta. ## Validation - Dev Container: `bundle install` - Dev Container: `make ready` — RuboCop, Zeitwerk, YARD, frontend lint, and RSpec (356 examples, 0 failures)
