  • Paid admission tiers: Student Pass (₦1,000) and Professional Pass (₦2,000).
  • Breakout masterclass track selection (Investment, Tech, Fashion, Agribusiness, Food Business).
  • Sequential 4-digit zero-padded registration ID generation (0001, 0002, ...).
• Payment & Transaction Engine:
  • Seamless Paystack payment checkout for registrations and merchandise.
  • Secure HMAC-SHA512 webhook handling and server-side verification callbacks.
  • Automated confirmation email dispatch with admission details and order receipts.
• Admin Management Dashboard:
  • Real-time KPI monitor: Total Registrations, Total Merchandise Purchased, Combined Revenue (₦), and Pending Transactions.
  • Full CRUD operations on participant registrations and merchandise orders.
  • Inline merchandise fulfillment status updater (Unfulfilled ➔ Ready ➔ Picked Up).
  • Search, multi-criteria filtering, CSV and PDF report exports.

Getting Started

1. Clone Repository & Install Dependencies

# Install frontend dependencies
npm install

# Install backend dependencies
cd server
npm install
cd ..

2. Database Migration

Run the SQL script located at server/database.sql in your Supabase Project > SQL Editor to create all tables, indexes, registration sequence, and RLS policies.

3. Start Development Servers

# Terminal 1: Run Backend API (from server directory)
cd server
npm run dev

# Terminal 2: Run Frontend Next.js app (from root directory)
npm run dev

• Frontend: http://localhost:3000
• Backend API: http://localhost:5000
• Admin Dashboard: http://localhost:3000/admin

Deployment

• Frontend: Deploy to Vercel (set root directory to .).
• Backend: Deploy to Render or Railway (set root directory to server, build command npm install && npm run build, start command npm start).
• Paystack Webhook Configuration: Set your Paystack Webhook URL to https://<your-backend-domain>/api/webhooks/paystack.
