🚀 About Me

Data/AI Engineer , Data Consultant and Data Governance specialist with 12 years of operational experience in safety-critical railway environments (SNCF). I build data platforms and agentic AI systems designed for regulated industries: banking, insurance, energy, transport.

  • 🔭 Currently building REGARD, a compliance copilot with deterministic-first agentic architecture (LangGraph, evaluation harness, 28/28 golden test cases)
  • 🏛️ Deep expertise in BCBS239 and DAMA-DMBOK governance frameworks
  • ⚙️ My philosophy: determinism first. LLMs handle only genuinely ambiguous cases; deterministic logic handles the rest. Motivated refusals, source citations and self-checking loops are non-negotiable.
