Use GitHub's Report a vulnerability option on the repository's Security page if it is available. Otherwise, use the contact form at Tartanleaf.com and identify the message as a HomeNetCheck security report.

Include the affected version, operating system, impact, and the minimum steps needed to reproduce the problem. Do not send credentials, public IP addresses, Wi-Fi passwords, or an unredacted network report.

This volunteer-maintained project does not promise a particular response or fix time. Please allow a reasonable period for review before publishing vulnerability details.

HomeNetCheck runs network diagnostics and displays or saves their results. Reports can contain local and public network addresses. Treat saved reports as private unless you have reviewed and redacted them.
