The org profile repo for goflowstate. It holds three things:

• profile/README.md: the text that renders on the org page.
• REPOS.md: the map of every repo in the org, with its purpose, status, owner, and where to start.
• Org-wide defaults that every repo without its own copy inherits: PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md, ISSUE_TEMPLATE/, SECURITY.md, and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md.

This repo is public because GitHub only renders an org profile from a public .github repo. Keep it free of secrets and internal URLs.
