No code changed, which is the point worth recording rather than the versions. What arrives is a document digest (crdt) and, on a federation link, a comparison that ends the link when two replicas report the same version vector and hold different documents (collab). Neither is reachable from here: this module links the packages and runs no server, so nothing here composes a welcome or follows a peer. It is carried anyway because this is the hub. Its consumers pin a toolkit tag rather than collab, so a fix that stops here reaches nobody, and the cadence after this belongs to their organisations.
