revtex prints no "Abstract" heading - #355

Checked against the real class through tectonic, on the minimal document and on a corpus paper: page one goes straight from the affiliations to the abstract's own text. The word "Abstract" appears 0 times in the reference and 1 in ours. The generic \abstract (latex.go) centres one, which is right for article and wrong here; yesterday's capture carried it over along with the rest. Corpus: Sigma|err| 326 -> 326 (+0), glyphs -104 — thirteen revtex papers times the eight letters of "Abstract", exactly. The left edge, which is what first looked wrong on the rendered page, is NOT: ours sets the abstract at x=111.85pt against the reference's 117.76, six points apart. What first looked wrong, and was not
On the rendered page the abstract looked left-aligned where it should be a centred block. It is not: ours sets it at x = 111.85pt against the reference's 117.76pt, six points apart — a short line in a narrow measure simply sits at its left edge in both.
