Adds the eleven owner-accepted Angular reference topics, covering application setup and composition, providers/DI, HTTP, signals and Observables, forms/validation, and component communication. They are reachable through a new JavaScript domain entry and a minimal JavaScript → Angular hierarchy.

The delivery includes only the catalog vocabulary, JavaScript/tradeoff icons, documentation and test expectations needed by this set. Other local topics, global visual changes and the practice application are excluded. Topic UUIDs and accepted status are preserved; generated files are excluded.

Closes #128.

Verification

  • Local npm run check attempted twice: generation, formatting, lint, tooling type checks, 57 application tests, 146 tooling tests, production build and 31 Chromium/WebKit/real-catalog browser tests passed.

  • Local Firefox is unavailable: launch times out before application tests run, including after reinstalling the official pinned binary. The stalled run was stopped; no test or security protection was disabled. Gabriel approved proceeding with this documented environment limitation; successful full GitHub Actions, including Firefox, is required before merge.

  • Manual production-build review: JavaScript domain entry and Angular hierarchy; desktop topic rendering; 390px diagram and table/code containment.

  • Content review: all eleven Angular topics accepted, links and local assets validated by generation, complete scoped diff checked.

  • Existing production bundle-size warning remains below the configured error limit; no budget was changed.

  • Full PR CI passed on be5672b: 57 application tests, 146 tooling tests, and all 38 browser tests across Chromium, Firefox, WebKit and the real catalog.

Contributions and review

AI-assisted content was iterated with and explicitly accepted by Gabriel. Codex isolated the delivery, updated its catalog integration and tests, performed verification and the deliberate final diff review. No independent agent review was used. Gabriel explicitly authorized merge conditional on readiness and successful GitHub Actions checks.

Final PR reconciliation: the remote head is the reviewed be5672bda6db4a025265268911c5115ab0cdffc6, with exactly 37 scoped files and no post-review code changes. CI run 41555408046 passed the complete gate: 57 application tests, 146 tooling tests and all 38 browser tests, including Firefox. There are no outstanding review comments; GitHub reports CLEAN/MERGEABLE and the required Quality checks succeeded.

Verification count correction: the isolated delivery contains 146 tooling tests. Earlier notes used the original mixed checkout's 153; the PR body now reports the isolated count consistently. This does not change the verification outcome.

Proceeding with squash merge under Gabriel's explicit conditional merge authorization and the recorded local Firefox exception. The issue will close through Closes #128; project status and local cleanup follow after merge confirmation.
