Replaces the long Messaging implementations/hosting inventory with the owner-approved five-candidate visual shortlist: SQS Standard, RabbitMQ, SNS + SQS, GCP Pub/Sub, and Kafka. Each choice shows its fit and one cost, grouped into worker jobs, independent subscribers, and retained history/replay.
Uses the agreed “AWS · managed queue service” label and clarifies that broker configuration also applies to managed hosting. Keeps the thumbnail decision note and official references; removes detailed hosting/variant sections from the opening. Reuses the canonical topic UUID and relationships. All six existing messaging topics remain Draft. No application-code or other-topic changes.
Follow-up to #113. Owner selected the mockup and requested authored draft topics. Codex performed AI-assisted authoring, responsive review, and deliberate final-diff review; no independent review selected. No blocking findings. Conditional merge follows the existing owner delegation after successful Actions.
