Mark Transactions and concurrent updates as Accepted following Gabriel’s explicit retrieval review and approval. Update the existing draft-list expectations to exclude it; topic content and identity are unchanged.
Follow-up to #110 and #111. Codex authored the status/test updates, verified them, and performed deliberate final-diff review. Gabriel delegated commit, push, PR creation and merge after passing Actions; unrelated primary-checkout edits are excluded. No independent reviewer was used for this status-only follow-up.
Validation:
npm run checkpassed, including formatting, generation, lint, type checking, 57 application tests, 119 tooling tests and 38 browser tests. The existing non-failing bundle-size warning remains.
