ISP Support Platform

This project is a multi-user support platform designed for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) using Python Flask for the backend and Bootstrap for the frontend. The application integrates with the Wisphub API to fetch client data and provides a panel for creating question flows that operators can use to assist customers.

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone <repository-url>
   cd isp-support-platform
   

2. Create a virtual environment and activate it:

   python -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows use `venv\Scripts\activate`
   

3. Install the required dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   

4. Set up environment variables by copying .env.example to .env and filling in the necessary values.

5. Run the application:

   python src/app.py
   

Usage

• Access the application in your web browser at http://localhost:5000.
• Use the login page to authenticate as an operator.
• Navigate through the dashboard to manage support tickets and create question flows.
