docs(godot): Document tracing

Adds tracing setup and manual instrumentation docs for the Godot SDK upcoming 2.2.0 release, including sampling, span lifecycles, parent-child relationships, inactive spans, batch workflows, span data, status, and platform limitations. It also documents the traces_sample_rate and Web-only trace_lifecycle options.
