feat: enable xdg-native-messaging-proxy support

Collection of needed settings for the xdg-native-messaging-proxy support for Firefox

• Sets up firefoxs needed setting (default is currently set as disabled )
• Sets the override for firefox flatpak to be able to talk to the d-bus
• tmpfiles.d setting (copied the bazaar stuff)

If this works on your machine then fine by me, it's non-blocking but I think we should add upstream ssue tracker links, I can see all of that being installed, given the right permissions by default and turned on by default at some point
