Add platform support for geisa-test on the NXP i.MX9 dev image - #28

The storage probe builds its directory as "<storage_dir>/geisa-test-probes". storage_dir holds up to 511 characters, so a 512-byte buffer can truncate the path, and GCC stops the -Werror build with -Wformat-truncation. GEISA applications reach the platform broker from their LXC containers. Make mosquitto listen on localhost and on the LXC bridge gateway, start it after lxc-net so that the bridge address exists, and load the dynamic security plugin with the API, admin and geisa-app clients. guys - accepted this but will be undoing the pollution of the core images in a subsequent PR. GAPI mock does not belong in the core dev image but can be an alt build from the same recipes. |

This PR adds [latform side support needed to run geisa-test on the i.MX9 dev image.
reach the broker (listener on the LXC bridge gateway, start after lxc-net,
dynamic security clients for the API, admin and geisa-app).
the payload cannot be decoded, so geisa-test gets a response.
