本批将 Git 二进制协议接入统一有界执行器，对工作树覆盖层施加文件数、单文件和总量上限，拒绝特殊文件与读取期间变化，并让拟检查路径与快照物化共享一次覆盖层列举。保留既有能力与 68 个受管技能；整体架构 OpenSpec 5.6 仍未完成。\n\n本地验证：559/559 unittest、143/143 Hook 回归、Ruff、架构门禁、57 项语言 schema/11 规则、vendor 离线及在线、OpenSpec strict。版本元数据 0.14.15。
