Confusing style of navigation dropdowns

Describe the bug
Every first item in the navigation dropdown has a white border, which looks like that item is selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Open a dropdown navigation by clicking on the down arrow
3. See that the first item has a border

Expected behavior
It's expected that the first item doesn't have a border. It seems like it's the focus style, but looks like the item is selected.

I agree with your assessment, and I can confirm it's the "active item/focus" indicator.

Seems to be accidentally not styling as such because the shorthand property does not use the current / inherited color / variable.
