Stops direct text-mode /config output from emitting rendered configuration details; preserves the redacted JSON contract. Verified with cargo test -p cli, cargo clippy -p cli --all-targets -- -D warnings, cargo fmt --all, and git diff --check. Closes the remaining rust/cleartext-logging finding on the direct config output path.
