Self-hosting docs: the All-in-One scales out by adding containers, and has a timestamps build - #304
Scaling. The self-hosting pages said the All-in-One does not scale at all. A reader asked whether it can be load-balanced and autoscaled, and had ruled it out for production because of that wording. A single container never scales itself, but several can run behind the customer's own load balancer, with their platform adding or removing containers.
Timestamps. Two statements no longer match the product:
The pages said the All-in-One has no timestamp alignment. It now comes in a separate build that has it, for both models.
The Models page said an offline S2.1 Pro Helm install copies the timestamp model onto shared storage, following a step in the deployment runbook. The timestamp service now carries its model in its own image, so the step is gone from the runbook.
What changed
Introduction, Platforms table:
Scaling, All-in-One: "Add containers behind your own load balancer; each is one worker and one vocoder" instead of "None".
Timestamps, All-in-One: "A separate build, where available" instead of "Not included". The Single-GPU mode has no such build, hence "where available".
The table is re-aligned; no other cell changed.
All-in-One, "What it cannot do":
New: "A container does not scale itself: for more capacity, run more containers behind your own load balancer. To scale workers and vocoders separately, use the Kubernetes chart."
Removed: the sentence saying it has no timestamp alignment.
Requirements, GPU count: "More" now reads "adds throughput as more replicas or containers", which covers both platforms. It is clear that extra cards in a single container add nothing.
Models, S2.1 Pro: the "Timestamps offline" bullet is removed.
Testing
mint broken-links --check-anchors over developer-guide/self-hosting/*.mdx: no broken links.
Scaling wording: two reviewers checked it. One compared it against the All-in-One delivery guides; the other checked it for brevity. Their fixes are applied.
Timestamps edits:
Checked against the delivery guides, the release list and the Helm chart.
Codex confirmed the three statements, "where available" included, and found no broken prose, lists or tables.
The downloadable All-in-One guides get the same scaling change separately.

The self-hosting documentation updates All-in-One scaling and timestamp descriptions, GPU throughput guidance, and a note about offline Helm installs.

Summary
Document deployment and throughput scaling developer-guide/self-hosting/all-in-one.mdx, developer-guide/self-hosting/introduction.mdx, developer-guide/self-hosting/requirements.mdx, developer-guide/self-hosting/models.mdx
The All-in-One guidance describes one worker and one vocoder per container, capacity scaling with additional containers behind a customer-managed load balancer, and separate Kubernetes scaling for workers and vocoders. The comparison says timestamps are available in a separate build where available. The GPU guidance links additional GPUs to more replicas or containers. The models page removes a note about copying the timestamp model during offline Helm installs.
fishaudio/docs#301: Describes the All-in-One appliance as one worker and one vocoder; this PR also documents container-based scaling and GPU throughput guidance.

Merge Risk: Low · previous review 3738b
The scaling guidance now distinguishes additional containers from a single appliance. A bounded documentation gap remains: readers entering through the All-in-One page are not told that timestamps require a separate build. Restore that clarification; otherwise the changes present low merge risk.

Explanation
The title names the main change: the All-in-One self-hosting docs now describe scaling by adding containers behind a customer-managed load balancer. It also names a second change, the timestamps build. The raw summary confirms both changes appear in the diff (the scaling text in the All-in-One and introduction pages, and the timestamps entry in the introduction page). The title is specific and matches the changeset, though it is a little long and joins two topics with a colon.

Remove the unqualified throughput claim for All-in-One hosts.
The GPU-count row now says more GPUs "scales throughput" under the general Hardware table, which covers every platform. The All-in-One guide says a container runs one inference worker and one vocoder and does not scale itself. A reader who adds GPUs to one All-in-One container can expect higher throughput that does not occur. Restore the Kubernetes scope, or state that All-in-One capacity comes from more containers.

Restore the timestamp limitation in the All-in-One page.
The edited section no longer says that the appliance returns no word or segment timings. The page also does not point to the separate timestamp build. Readers who enter through this guide can deploy the ordinary build expecting timings it does not return.

## What it cannot do
The appliance runs one inference worker and one vocoder, on the cards its model
takes — see [Models](/developer-guide/self-hosting/models). A container does not scale
itself: for more capacity, run more containers behind your own load balancer. To scale
workers and vocoders separately, use the
[Kubernetes chart](/developer-guide/self-hosting/kubernetes).
++The appliance does not include timestamp alignment, so it returns no word or segment+timings. For timings, use the separate build, where available; see+[Platforms](/developer-guide/self-hosting/introduction#platforms).

…d has a timestamps build
The pages said the All-in-One does not scale at all, which led readers
to rule it out for production. A container never scales itself, but
customers can run more of them behind their own load balancer. The
Kubernetes chart remains the way to scale workers and vocoders
separately.
Two timestamp statements were out of date. The All-in-One now has a
separate build with timestamp alignment, where available. S2.1 Pro's
timestamp service carries its model in its own image, so an offline
Helm install no longer copies that model onto shared storage.
