Plan 0.21 replaces the sole accepted 0.20 input identity and adds a browser-local Light, Dark, or System preference. Bundle its exact Service schema and the matching CLI 0.5.0 source so authoring and materialization use one compatible contract. Preserve the requested native clients and explain their automatic appearance through the reviewed preference-control gap. Keep dated receipts and the published catalog selection unchanged.

87760d2717d914b69a7bbf7e5d372ffe8aac50d2and merged CLI013581baa91c1eff0bffafd6e9e20eccb1f24643.The authoring reference distinguishes fixed light/dark, system-following auto, and browser Light/Dark/System selection. It preserves authored
toggleand requested iOS/Android clients while explaining the explicit reviewed gap: native shells and embedded Rails pages remain automatic. A new synthetic evaluation fixture covers that disclosure and exact Plan/GapSet binding. Current fixtures follow 0.21; dated receipts retain their original bytes.Validation: exact schema-byte comparison with the merged Service; all 75 repository tests; deterministic package checks against the merged CLI; the actual pinned CLI contract check; dependency audit. The CLI runtime matches both its reviewed candidate and the installed package used for the retained HTTP smoke. The new authoring case is a fixture, not agent-session or native-runtime evidence.
