…tic (#15777)

* fix: make embedded assets codegen and config serialization deterministic

generate_context! emitted the embedded asset map and the CSP script/style
hashes in filesystem walk order (varies across machines) and HashMap
iteration order (varies per process), and serializing the processed config
wrote the csp/headers/plugins maps in HashMap iteration order. Both broke
reproducible builds: the same source built on two machines produced
different binaries and a different tauri.conf.json in the generated
Android project. Iterate all of them sorted, complementing #14986 which
sorted the same config maps on the ToTokens path.

closes #14978

* Use `BTreeMap` for embedded assets and inline script hashes

* remove outdated comment

* Convert to BTreeMap instead of sort to vec

`define_permissions` saved absolute paths in the permission file list it hands to dependent
build scripts. When the target dir is moved and Cargo reuses the build script output, it
rewrites the `OUT_DIR` in the `DEP_*` variable but not the paths inside the list, so
`tauri-build` failed with "failed to read plugin permissions".

Entries inside `OUT_DIR` are now stored relative to it and resolved against the list's
directory when read.

* fix(macos-sign): correct license notices for vendored apple-codesign code

The vendored apple-codesign files carried an invented copyright line
("2018-2026 apple-codesign-rs developers"). Upstream files have no
copyright line, only the standard MPL-2.0 notice, and the crate author
is Gregory Szorc. MPL-2.0 section 3.4 forbids altering existing license
notices, so the files now keep the upstream notice verbatim, followed by
an SPDX identifier and a note naming the source (apple-codesign 0.29.0),
the copyright holders and the fact that Tauri modified the files.

MPL-2.0 is a per-file copyleft license. Section 3.3 explicitly allows
combining MPL-covered files with code under other licenses in a "Larger
Work", so vendoring needs no permission from upstream. The obligations
only apply to the vendored files: they stay MPL-2.0 (including our
modifications), keep their notices, and their source stays available,
which the public repository already provides. The rest of
tauri-macos-sign remains Apache-2.0 OR MIT. Downstream users see no new
license in practice, since the crate already depends on the MPL-2.0
x509-certificate crate.

Because the published crate now contains MPL-2.0 files, its license
field changes to "(Apache-2.0 OR MIT) AND MPL-2.0" so tools such as
cargo-deny report it correctly.

The license header check now accepts the MPL-2.0 notice only for files
under crates/tauri-macos-sign/src/apple_codesign, rather than matching
the invented copyright line. A README in that directory documents the
origin and licensing of the vendored code.

`PluginHandle::run_mobile_plugin_async` resolved its oneshot with
`send(response).unwrap()` inside the native response handler. When the
caller stops waiting before the native side answers (a timeout or
`select!` around the call drops the future), the receiver is gone, the
unwrap panics inside an `extern "C"` / JNI callback, and the panic
cannot unwind across the FFI boundary: the app aborts with SIGABRT. The
Android `run_command` also keeps a clone of the handler for its error
path, so a duplicate response hit `take().unwrap()` on `None` the same
way.

Drop late and duplicate responses in both `run_mobile_plugin_async` and
`run_mobile_plugin`; a caller that gave up never observes the result,
like any other cancelled future.
…fix: #15843) (#15844)

* fix(macos-sign): import the signing certificate as an explicit pkcs12

* fix(macos-sign): detect PEM certificates, import as aggregate, explain import failures

Pass -f pemseq for PEM bundles so they keep importing now that the format
is explicit, add -t agg, describe the expected certificate format and
password on import failure, and cover PBES2/legacy p12 and PEM imports
with tests.

* fix(macos-sign): delete the temporary keychain when setup fails

Keychain::with_certificate_file returned early on any failure after
create-keychain, before Keychain (and its Drop) existed, leaving a random
.keychain-db in ~/Library/Keychains and possibly in the search list.
