feat(compose): add docker-in-docker daemon for the agent (main) - #30

Lets the agent container create containers, mirroring the dind sidecar in the helpdesk-helm chart: - New always-on dind service (docker:27-dind, privileged) that joins claude-code-agent's network namespace and binds dockerd to 127.0.0.1:2375 only, so nothing else can reach the daemon - Shares platform_data:/data so `docker run -v /data/...` paths resolve daemon-side; /var/lib/docker on a dind_storage volume - Agent gets DOCKER_HOST and CCA_ENABLE_DOCKER=true - Document the service in architecture.md, cli-reference.md, logs.sh Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
