- Role-based workflows (Citizen, Staff, Admin) with an application review, approval and re-submission pipeline
- Aadhaar-number login with email OTP (bcrypt-hashed), JWT sessions and single active session per account
- Location verification before OTP, plus suspicious-login detection, device and IP tracking and account locking
