スプリント m8b の振り返り（#472）の「次に変えること」。#470 の担当が、受け入れ条件の手動確認として作業用のプロジェクトで
devbase upを打ち、共通のホーム・グループのホーム・作業ボリュームの実物を付けたコンテナを立てた（P3 に近い。利用者のコンテナは止まらず、ホームに痕跡は無かった）。AGENTS.md の落とし穴の表に 1 行足す: 実装のプロンプトで担当に
devbase upを禁じ、upの確認は conductor が P3 の承認を取って打つか、upを使わない確かめ方へ置き換える。CHANGELOG: 開発者向けの文書だけのため書かない。
