--expect-head-from の help とモジュールの docstring に、照合が食い違うか読めないときに プランの handoff が承認ゲート 2 へ戻し、--from verify から流し直すことを足した。 導入の確認の資料の SHA が 40 桁でないときの文言は、その資料の確かめたコミットを指す。 parse_sha の既定の文言（承認したコミット）は変えない。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
