Feature Request: Built-in Form Handling Library

Problem\n\nForms are a core part of most web applications, but Tama currently has no built-in form handling primitives. Users must implement validation, error tracking, and submission logic manually every time.\n\n## Proposed Solution\n\nA package (or built-in utilities) that provides:\n\n1. Form state management — Track values, errors, touched states\n2. Validation — Schema-based or function-based validation\n3. Field components — Reusable form field primitives\n4. Submission handling — Loading states, error handling, success states\n\n## Example API\n\n\n\n## Related\n\n- Currently users build forms manually with and \n- See experiment for manual implementation\n\n## Priority\n\nMedium — Nice to have, but can be built in userland for now.
