Drukbox can now create and delete Daytona Linux VMs through
POST /hostswithprovider: daytona. The adapter requires an active Linux VM snapshot and Tailscale SSH. It prepares the host environment, verifies the deployment label before deletion, and waits for provider destruction before the host record can be removed.Drukbox disables Daytona's automatic stop, pause, delete, and TTL settings. Provisioning rejects container snapshots and account policies that force a VM deadline. Failed bootstrap and uncertain create responses trigger cleanup. A sandbox Dockerfile, userspace Tailscale bootstrap, and setup guide are included. The adapter uses the existing async HTTP client without adding an SDK dependency.
Validation: 795 local tests passed with SQLite; Ruff, format checks, and Pyright passed. All six CI checks passed, including SQLite and Postgres tests, Docker builds, and Docker-provider API tests. The local Linux AMD64 sandbox image built, and its Tailscale daemon started in userspace mode without network access. Live snapshot creation, provisioning, and SSH were not run.
