Use type safe navigation for scoring summary screen

Fallout from #73 

Right now we are just passing strings and serializing to and from JSON, but it should be possible to do this in an officially supported type safe way. See https://github.com/cuappdev/score-android/pull/73#pullrequestreview-2781847934
