turso_sdk_kitandturso_sync_sdk_kit0.8.1 fromlib,cdylib,staticlibtolibvia strict manifest patch. Applies to both test dependency preparation and consuming test/Clippy builds. Release and native vendoring is unchanged.Validate Linux/macOS cli-tests, Clippy, full
nix flake check, and compare release derivation paths. Draft pending CI; test coverage unchanged.
