External callers should not have to share the FlowKit service filesystem namespace. This PR makes direct bytes the recommended upload path while keeping file_path as a server-local convenience mode.\n\nChanges:\n- add POST /api/flow/upload-image-file (multipart/form-data)\n- keep JSON image_base64 upload as a first-class external-caller path\n- document file_path as server-local only\n- return 403 for unreadable local files and descriptive 404 for paths invisible to the service namespace (including PrivateTmp-style cases)\n- preserve session-project auto creation when project_id is omitted\n- add OpenAPI descriptions and regression coverage\n- add python-multipart dependency\n\nValidation: 380/380 upstream unit tests passed locally.

Brings in project-session leases + real Flow project creation, the
generation guard that stops retrying PUBLIC_ERROR_UNUSUAL_ACTIVITY,
Omni payload sync, and direct multipart image uploads.

Deliberately stops before crisng95#62 (1eae10b) and crisng95#64 (083fed7): both exist
to evade Flow's detection of extension-minted reCAPTCHA tokens.

fk-doctor keeps our 1080p-upscale wording for UNSUPPORTED_ON_BATCH_API.
CLAUDE.md updated: POST /api/projects creates Flow projects again.
