feat: more employers' job boards in the feed, and Lever's EU instance - #71

Checked graduate employers' careers sites for the job system behind them: 36 run on systems the collection already fetches, and 17 of those boards weren't listed. - Added 14 live boards: Greenhouse (Maven Securities' main board, Neptune North, Netcraft, Radix Trading, mthree, Mako Trading, GSA Capital), Ashby (Checkout.com), Workable (Grayce), SmartRecruiters (AECOM, Data Intellect), Lever EU (CoreTech Security). - Moved two boards that had emptied: Mistral AI Lever -> Ashby (0 -> 216 jobs), Riverlane Workable -> Greenhouse (0 -> 38). - Lever's EU instance (jobs.eu.lever.co) has its own API: "lever_eu" boards are fetched and checked there (_fetch_lever(eu=True), _BOARD_API). Autopilot already applies on any lever.co host. Live, with the collection's four searches: these boards give 152 jobs past the title filter, 84 of them in the UK (graduate schemes from Riverlane, Neptune North, Checkout.com, CoreTech Security, Data Intellect, Grayce, AECOM, mthree). Tests: an EU Lever board is fetched and checked on the EU API; no board is listed twice.

Why
The user wants the feed to find more UK graduate employers through Windrush's own collection, not an import or a third-party source. I checked graduate employers' careers sites (280 employers) for the job system behind each:
17 of the 36 boards on systems the collection already fetches weren't listed. This PR adds the live ones. Workday comes next.
What changed

Lever's EU instance (
jobs.eu.lever.co) has its own API, andapi.lever.codoesn't have its postings. "lever_eu" boards are fetched there (_fetch_lever(eu=True)) and checked there (_BOARD_API["lever_eu"]). Autopilot already applies on anylever.cohost.Tests
