feat: 新建任务默认项目（#56），lib 解除跟踪与 0.9.3 发布准备 - #57

Board settings gain defaultWorkspaceId: the new-task form starts from it when no board project filter is set, instead of always falling back to the first registered workspace. Priority: task > board filter > default project (when still registered) > first registered workspace. - protocol: BoardSettings.defaultWorkspaceId + asBoardSettings validation (trim, blank = unset, unknown fields still dropped) - routes: settings/update rejects ids that are no longer registered - client: settings modal selector, form fallback chain via initialWorkspaceId(), zh/en i18n - tests: helper chain, settings validation, routes persistence/rejection, SettingsModal save/clear/dangling, TaskFormModal initial selection
lib/ moves back to build output (gitignored, regenerated by npm run build); prepublishOnly now builds and tests so the npm tarball always ships fresh lib. Changelog gains the 0.9.3 entry (#52 stays in 0.9.2 — v0.9.2 tag already exists), READMEs add 0.9.3, and the version bumps to 0.9.3.

BoardSettings.defaultWorkspaceId：协议字段 +asBoardSettings校验（trim、空白=未设置、未知字段仍丢弃）settings/update拒绝指向已注销工作区的 id（invalid_input）；读取时悬空引用惰性跳过initialWorkspaceId()：任务 > 看板筛选 > 默认项目 > 列表第一项0.9.3 发布准备
lib/从仓库移除并加入.gitignore（构建产物回归 build 产出）；prepublishOnly= build + test，npm 发包始终带新鲜 lib验证
npm run typecheck✅npm pack --dry-run确认 tarball 含 lib（134 文件）
