Demonstration of cleverage/ui-process-bundle#147 (log retention), implemented by cleverage/ui-process-bundle#148.

demo.logs.retention logs 3 items and overrides the bundle retention (null in the demo: kept) with its logs option: database_max_days: 1, file_max_days: 7. Checked on the demo MySQL database:

• Right after 2 executions, --dry-run: nothing to delete.
• First execution aged (its 12 log_record rows moved 2 days back, its log file 8 days back): --dry-run counts 12 records and 1 file, the purge deletes them; the second execution keeps its 12 records and its file, both executions are kept.

Requires cleverage/ui-process-bundle#148 (merged, not released yet): composer.lock still pins v3.1.1, where the logs option is unknown (options resolver error for this process). To update once the release is out.
