The hole, and the fix

The x402 page says the Celo facilitator accepts only USDC and USDT. The live facilitator settles 10 stablecoins: USDC, USDT, and USAT through EIP-3009, and the six Ripio wFIAT stablecoins (wARS, wBRL, wMXN, wCOP, wPEN, wCLP) and cNGN through Permit2.

This PR updates the intro and the stablecoin bullet, replaces the two-row token table with all 10 tokens (transfer method, decimals, EIP-712 extra.name and extra.version), and adds a "Pay with Permit2 tokens" subsection: assetTransferMethod, eip2612GasSponsoring for wFIAT but not cNGN, the exact error 412 permit2_allowance_required, and buyer spend controls.

What this does NOT do / residual risk

• No code examples were added. The Permit2 settings come from https://x402.celo.org/SKILL.md and the live config, and I did not run a Permit2 payment end-to-end because that needs a funded wallet and an API key.
• Partner token addresses are not listed, per AGENTS.md. The page links https://x402.celo.org/api/config (paymentAssets) instead.
• The token list can change; the page points to the live config as the source.
• Not previewed with mint dev.

Judgement calls

• Kept the USDC and USDT address rows and added the Permit2 notes as a subsection of the existing "Supported payment tokens" section.
• Named the issuers (Ripio for wFIAT, WrappedCBDC Limited for cNGN), taken from the Celo Core Co. announcement. Please confirm that wording.

Thanks for filling this gap. The token table matches the live paymentAssets config. One change is needed before merge: the page does not use the official wording for USA₮ and USD₮.

1. Always write USD₮ and USA₮, never "USDT" or "USAT". This applies to the intro paragraph, the "Stablecoin support" bullet and the table's Token column. On-chain, the USD₮ token's symbol() returns USD₮. Keep contract-exact strings such as extra.name (Tether America USD) as they are, because they are EIP-712 domain values.
2. Describe USA₮ the official way at its first mention: "USA₮, the US Dollar-backed stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A., and supported by Tether". Please use it verbatim.
3. Do not compare USA₮ with USD₮ on regulation or compliance in any follow-up edit.
4. Where the text describes the wFIAT tokens as regulated, pair it with "fiat-backed".

Not blocking:

• 412 permit2_allowance_required and the default "$1" buyer cap come from SKILL.md. Please say in the PR whether you ran them.
• Please confirm the issuer names (Ripio, WrappedCBDC Limited) with the comms owner.
• feeApplies is false for wARS, wMXN, wPEN and wCLP in the live config. Either document it or note the decision not to.

1. USD₮ and USA₮ everywhere on the page: the intro, the "Stablecoin support" bullet and the Token column, plus four older mentions on the same page (the USD₮ version() note, the dashboard deposit line, the "for USA₮ see" link text and the USDC/USD₮ address table), so no "USDT"/"USAT" is left. The EIP-712 values Tether USD and Tether America USD are unchanged.
2. USA₮ at its first mention now reads, verbatim: "USA₮, the US Dollar-backed stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A., and supported by Tether". To keep it at the end of a clause, the intro now names the Permit2 tokens first and the EIP-3009 tokens second.
3. No regulation or compliance comparison between USA₮ and USD₮ is on the page.
4. "Regulated" does not appear on this page, so there was nothing to pair with "fiat-backed".

Not run: mint dev or mint broken-links on the new commit. The change is text only, with no links added or moved.

@szapelao the non-blocking points are still yours: whether you ran 412 permit2_allowance_required and the "$1" cap, confirming the issuer names with comms, and feeApplies for wARS, wMXN, wPEN and wCLP.
