Adds a VisuaLeaf page to Clients → Tools, next to DataGrip, DBeaver, Grafana and psql,
following the structure of the DBeaver page (Set up → Features).
VisuaLeaf is a cross-platform desktop database client (Windows, macOS, Linux). It
connects to CedarDB through its PostgreSQL connection type.
