Devkit CI already runs the complete unittest suite. Declare a selected test-file command for local work and retain the existing full discovery command as the CI gate, adopting Q700.

README replaces the unqualified full-suite command with local selection and affected safety-module guidance. Existing live Odoo and tenant consumer-build requirements remain in place.

Validation: JSON parsing, Ruff format/lint and diff checks passed. Anthropic review was weighed; sibling safety modules were included and the duplicate CI command replaced with its metadata reference. No runtime code or tests changed. IDE inspection was not run for this JSON/Markdown change under the brief's prohibition. Full tests and tenant build-only checks must pass before ready.

I acted on both low-severity findings: added the sibling override-guard, serialization and addon-credential test modules to the selection guidance, and replaced the repeated CI command with its metadata reference. JSON parsing, diff checks and existing Ruff format/lint checks passed. The review verified that the required test job runs the complete discovery command and no consumer reads the removed default key. No tests were added and no findings remain unresolved. These local documentation corrections require no further model run under the review policy. Existing tenant consumer-build checks and current-head CI still gate ready.
