This PR lands Launchplane's tested candidate
2c46e43cdb9ac77e66bc9431d528fefd4a34ed59through the protected merge endpoint. Constituent PRs and reviewed heads:8b35c95284de89bfbc6093d5d748c03e169c10beae887cc7be0e943f57b3c8f60c0ed31a2bbe56a4Launchplane revalidates every constituent and records the shared landing effect. Keep source PRs and branches intact. Let the Launchplane controller merge this PR; do not merge it by hand or update its generated branch. An out-of-controller merge without a preceding admission remains fenced for explicit reconciliation. The controller confirms constituent completion after landing.
