Every self-deploy now reads the scrubbed format-2 snapshot and rehearses the immutable candidate on the deploy runner before rendering or requesting a replacement; a failure stops the deploy with no provider effect. Qualification keeps its own concurrency group. This is #3478's gate rebuilt on current main after the installed read-only qualification passed (run 40108510959). Refs #3413
…ository VeriReel's first Client release promoted with a verified backup, then its rollback drill stopped before any provider effect: the previous production build was recorded in the former package (verireel-app), and the promotion's rollback deploy did not mark that artifact as Launchplane's own record, so the image-repository guard refused it. The same function runs the automatic rollback after a failed promotion. The admin rollback already marks it. Refs #4709

0fafeeaf11a0ead9f4f8b9e574615f1ab3f24ce8through the protected merge endpoint.
