Consume ccdb-client 0.1.2 from SDK PR carbonstop/ccdb-client#3. Prefer system storage and automatically fall back for new identities; preserve existing credentials and legacy-path locks. Includes built-command tests with no OS credential service and no store variable. Tested against the local SDK tarball matching the lockfile integrity. DRAFT: SDK must be published first, then rerun npm ci and CI from the official registry before merge/publication. No production credentials were read or modified.
