How to avoid sql_deleted and last_modified columns? #641

I would like to avoid using sql_deleted and last_modified columns in my tables because I don't synchronize with a remote database. How can I do it? Is there a configuration to use?
Because if I don't put the fields in the tables the db gives me an error.
