Hi, I'm Julian M. Kleber

AI Manager at WITTE Projektmanagement in Berlin since 09/2026. Chemist turned applied AI engineer. I build production AI with GDPR and EU AI Act guardrails.

Projects

Librebase is a small PostgreSQL backend that AI agents find, sign into and run for you, with a person approving access once in the browser. Taktwerk, an AI agent service, is being built on it.

Tools I maintain

  • shiphook: webhook → git pull → your deploy script. Self-hosted deploys for indie devs.

Research

Graph neural networks for chemistry (CARATE), the CACHE #1 challenge, and most recently DenoiseOpt (wavetable seam repair). Publications are on ORCID.
